• Aruba Travel Buddy is a mobile application that provides Itinerary Generator trip planning, AR view, offline maps, and local experiences for travelers visiting Aruba.
• The App includes features such as itinerary planning, local recommendations, cultural information, and community features.
• Some features may require an active internet connection, while others are designed to work offline.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

• The Aruba Travel Buddy name, logo, and related trademarks are our property.
• User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use such content in connection with the App.

6. Subscription Services

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We may change subscription prices with advance notice.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
